| What happens if I don't have enough credit on my phone? |
| Each text received bills for a £1.50 offset. If for example you text "carbon1" to make a short haul offset of £3.00 and you only have £1.50 credit on your phone then you will be charged for £1.50 only. Our system will attempt to bill you later on in the week, but if after 7 days your account hasn't been topped up then you will have made a partial offset of £1.50. Logging in with your phone number and unique ID will allow you to determine how many of your texts were successful. |

| Will my mobile phone number be passed to 3rd parties? |
| Absolutely not. The phone number you provide to us merely allows us to map the carbon offset transaction to your unique carbon offset certificate. This is for your added benefit and we expressly guarantee that your personal details will not be used by any 3rd parties. |

| I'm about to take a 10 hour long haul flight. How do I offset that? |
| The service we offer offsets flights up to 6 hours in length. We are planning to extend our service to include longer flights, but for the time being there is no keyword that expressly permits this. However, it is possible to mix and match the current system to offset longer journeys. For example, a 9 hour flight could be handled by performing a separate 3 pound and 6 pound offset. |

| Great idea, but how do I extend the service to offset my whole business? |
| We can taylor make an offset system for your business with appropriate bulk discounts. For example, if you wanted a system for offsetting flights made by your employees we could readily organise a unique texting ID that would track each employee and their air travel. You could choose to be billed quarterly or 6 monthly, depending on your preferences. We could also set up a system that worked entirely with E-commerce facilities (i.e. on-line logins etc) if text proved to be cumbersome for your business setup. |
